Magic Welcome Decks provided to WPN members to introduce new players to the game.
If you need some, contact your your Regional WPN Office.
Welcome Decks include two thirty-card decks, each of a different color. One of the decks feature the color of the Planeswalker who appears on the deckbox.
After you've used the two decks to run a demo game, give the player both decks to take home, which they can then combine into a single 60-card deck.
