WPN members may provide Promo Packs at their discretion for the following purposes:
- As prizing or participation incentives for official WPN events run through Wizards EventLink.
- To reward existing players for bringing new players to your store.
- To reward new players who sign up for a Wizards Account at your store.
As a temporary policy allowance during the pandemic, Promo Packs can also be used as a bundled sales incentive for sealed Magic: The Gathering product.
